The research aims to evaluate various dimensions of well-being—physical, emotional, social, and occupational—and their influence on job performance, engagement, and organizational commitment.The study offers valuable insights for HR managers and corporate leaders aiming to align employee well-being with strategic business outcomes, particularly in manufacturing environments.
