Abstract

This project titled "Study on Employee Recruitment and Training Process" at Aparajitha Corporate Services (P) Ltd., Madurai, examines the methods used to attract, select, and train employees. The primary goal is to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment and training practices and their impact on employee performance and retention. The study focuses on identifying the strategies adopted for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and implementing training programs. It also explores the challenges faced during recruitment and the measures taken to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
